Flo opened her gymnastics business in March of 1986 with just 30 students. Her business grew quickly and by 1993, she had opened a second facility managing and teaching 775+ students. This business focused on teaching recreation tumbling and recreation cheerleading classes. In 1996, Flo decided to scale back and focus on one location in Natrona Heights. The birth of her daughter, Madison, in 1998 marked a special time in Flo's life.

In 2001, Flo decided to add an all-star cheerleading program to her successful recreational gymnastics program. In just three short years, 2004, the FCA cheerleaders won their first National Title! In February 2005, Flo opened up a beautiful, brand new 9000 square foot facility equipped with a two 54 x 42 spring floors, a 40' tumble trampoline and a 30' air trak!

Both the allstar cheerleading and recreational gymnastics program at the gym continue to prosper and new students are accepted, based on space availability, throughout the year!!
